You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. ace375 may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and accumulated balances may be forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of bonus benefits.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ace375 support immediately.
3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Limits and Methods
The minimum deposit amount on ace375 is ৳200. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The same minimum amount applies for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
ace375 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total ৳62,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds. This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, withdrawal will be possible after placing a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

4.3 Other Promotions

4.4 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through coordinated betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
5. VIP Program and Rewards
The ace375 VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits.
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace375 platform:
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools
- Coordinated betting (collusion) with other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm other users
- Using ace375's intellectual property without authorization
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in ace375 immediately closing the account and, where applicable, reserving the right to take legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability

- ace375 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.

- ace375 is not liable if services are interrupted due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, government directives).
